Walter D. Williams, 83, Cedar Creek entered into rest on Friday, Dec. 1, 2023. There are no services planned at this time. Burial will be held at a later date. Cremation was under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth.
Walter Dallas Williams was born July 28, 1940, in Ellington, Missouri. He was the son of Denver and Virginia (Hamby) Wiliams. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. Walt moved to the Ozarks from Des Moines, Iowa. He was a salesman of anything on wheels, cars, trucks, tractors and misc. He enjoyed the outdoors where he could fish, hunt, play golf just naming a few of what he did.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother John Clyde Wiliams.
Walt is survived by his family Andrew Williams of Florissant, Missouri; Thomas Williams of Cedar Creek Mo.; Michael Williams of St. Charles, Mo.; daughter Luinda Fletcher of Cedar Creek, Mo.; one brother Elmer Wesley Mann of Banderas, TX.; sister Joy Sacks of Marland, ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. He will be missed by many.
