Tracy Tucker

The celebration of life service for Tracy E. Tucker, 58, Rockaway Beach, will be held Monday Sept. 11, 2023, at 2PM in the Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel.  Chaplain Craig Buck will officiate, burial will be held at later date. Mrs. Tucker entered into rest on Monday, Sep. 4 at Rockaway Beach. 

Tracy Eileen was born April 13, 1965 in Springfield, Ill.  She was the daughter of David Lee and Peggy Irene (Pearson) Jones.  Tracy married Leslie Gerard “Gary” Tucker on February 17, 1982 at Decatur, Ill.  They had celebrated forty-one years together this past winter.  Tracy and Gary moved to  Rockaway Beach from Decatur, Ill.,  to enjoy the Ozarks.

Tracy enjoyed shopping at thrift stores finding treasures and bargains . She also liked to do crafts, decorating and cooking. Tracy spent a lot of time with her family passing down her knowledge and tips of wisdom. 

She was preceded in death by her parents 

Tracy is survived by her loving husband Gary Tucker of Rockaway Beach; daughter Candice Nowell (fiancée Ryan Ferguson) of Rockaway Beach; two sons Bryan Tucker (Maryann) of Rockaway Beach; Matthew Tucker of Rockaway Beach; two brothers Rodney Jones (Mary) Satellite Beach , Florida; David Jones, Jr. Forsyth; 12 grandchildren . She will be missed by numerous family and friends.
