Scott Michael Puckett

Scott Michael Puckett, 35, of Forsyth, MO.

Scott “Scotty” M. Puckett passed away on Friday, May 3, 2019.  He was born January 18, 1984, in St. Joseph, MO., to Scott D. Puckett and Jennifer (Montgomery) Puckett.  Scotty married Susan “Susie” Burgess on February 18, 2005, and have spent the past 14 years raising their sons, Caleb and Isaac together.

Scotty was the most proud, amazing father and husband, who was always there for them.  He was intelligent, hard working, selfless, fierce, and full of energy.  Scotty was the most genuine, kind, loving soul, who put others before himself always.  He was the proud owner and operator of P & M Seamless Guttering.  He loved to be a part of his sons' activities helping their teams in anyway he could.  He simply loved being with his family.

Scotty is survived by his parents, Scott and Jennifer; wife, Susie and sons, Caleb and Isaac; brother, Hunter; and Grandparents, Hubert and Sharon Puckett. He is joining Grandparents, Robert V. and Mabel E. Montgomery; James and Judith E. Walters; Uncle Robert V. Montgomery; and Cousin Mark S. Puckett.

Visitation will be Wednesday May 8, 2019, starting at 5 pm at the Whelchel Grace Funeral Home followed by the Funeral Service at 7 pm.  Cremation rites will be accorded after the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested for his sons, Caleb and Isaac Puckett.
