Rocky Billups

Rocky Gene Billups 68, of Theodosia, Missouri passed away Thursday January 22, 2026, at Forsyth Nursing and Rehab, Forsyth, Missouri. Rocky was the son of Alfred and Dorothy (Buckner) Billups. He grew up in Springfield MO. where he attended Central High School. Rocky served in the United States Army and National Guard as a Huey Helicopter crew chief. After his military time Rocky took pride in his residential home construction with high emphasis in roofing and siding. From his love of air crafts he built his own plane. Rocky also enjoyed woodworking, riding horses, and making people laugh by telling jokes.
Rocky was proceeded in death by his parents, son Jeremy Allen Billups, and a brother Pat Billups.
Rocky is survived by sons Rocky Billups Jr (wife Sefora) of Forsyth, MO., A.J. Billups (wife Sghenerell) of Hollister, MO., daughters Heather Tallman, of Mountain Grove, MO, Jessica Brightwell, (husband Brett) of Kissee Mills, MO., sister Diane Perkins, of Springfield, MO., eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
