Phillis Elaine (Rickel) Haworth

Phillis Elaine (Rickel) Haworth, 74, of Forsyth, Missouri passed away May 28, 2025. She was born to Troy and Dorothy (Hunter) Rickel on April 12, 1951, in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. 

Phillis has one son, Bill (Roscoe) Jenkins from marriage with Bill Jenkins. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Troy and Dorothy Rickel, sister Sherry (Rickel) Collins and husband Don Haworth. 

She is survived by son Bill Jenkins of Kissee Mills. Grandchildren Desirae Jenkins, William Jenkins, Madison (Jenkins) Little, Adelynn Jenkins, Luka Jenkins and Liam Jenkins, great grandchildren Everleigh, Ember and Atlas and one sister Janice Wyman. 

A private service will be held at a later date. 

Arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth, MO.
