Martha Kay (McKinney) Marler

Martha Kay Marler 83, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on April 7, 2023.

Martha was born on March 23rd, 1940, to Jack and Leora (Steimle) McKinney in Carrollton Missouri.  She was the youngest of 3 children.  Martha graduated from Carrollton High School in 1958.  Martha met her husband CD Marler in 1965 and they were married September 3rd, 1966.  Martha and CD moved to Kissee Mills Missouri in the fall of 1981.  Martha worked for Hagel’s garment factory in Forsyth Missouri until her retirement.  Martha was a member of Our Lady of the Ozarks Catholic Church in Forsyth Missouri.

Martha is preceded in death by her parents, her husband CD Marler, one son John Nashan, her brother Jackie McKinney, and her sister Mary Jo Wagaman.

Martha is survived by her son Jim Marler and wife Angie Marler of Kissee Mills, son Josh Marler and wife Marie Marler of Kissee Mills, 3 grandchildren Tyler Marler, Cane Reece, and Gracie Marler, and multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be held privately at a later date.
