Graveside services for Lucille Dennis, 89, Bradleyville will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2024, 10 AM at the Patterson Cemetery, Bradleyville, Mo. Pastor Ed Hunsacker will officiate. Mrs. Dennis entered into rest on July 6, 2024, in Bradleyville at her home, family surrounding her. Services are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth, Mo.
Lucille was born on Oct 18, 1934, in Lead Hill, Arkansas to Milton and Eliza (Pitts) Little. She was a lifelong resident of Southwest Missouri and Northwest Arkansas. Having been born in Lead Hill, Ark., and lived in Ozark, Mo., and Bradleyville, Mo. She graduated from Ozark High School in Ozark, Mo. Lucille married Bill Dennis and they were blessed with one daughter.
Lucille worked at Hagle Garment Factory, Ozark, as a seamstress. She attended the Church of the Nazarene, Bradleyville had babysit for several years. Lucille enjoyed gardening, drawing, was quite an artist, cooking and her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill Dennis a daughter Luann Legro, eleven siblings and a granddaughter Ashley Foster.
Lucille is survived by her daughter Darlene Roberts (Mickey) of Bradleyville, two brothers Monk Little of Blue Springs, Mo.; Tom Little of Spokane, Mo., two sisters Jane Blanchar of Ozark, Mo.; Florence Rantz of Spokane, Mo. seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
