Kirsten Burns

Kirsten Ann Schwyhart Davis Burns, 58, Cedar Creek, entered into rest on Monday, May 27, 2024, at her home with family surrounding her.   She was born Jan. 5,1966, in Branson, Mo. to John and Kathleen (Willenburg) Schwyhart.  She attended elementary school at Cedar Creek and completed her education at Forsyth High School, Forsyth, Mo.   She worked at various bars in the area as a bartender and waitress.

Kirsten was blessed with four children.

She was a very sociable person who enjoyed meeting and talking to people and helping them solve problems.  Kirsten always wanted to volunteer and help people, which she did.  She was a wonderful woman to the public and her family.

She was preceded in death by her father John Schwyhart and a son Jonathan Davis.

Kirsten is survived by three children Josiah Schwyhart, Rosia Davis of Branson; Khristina Davis-Arndt (Brad Lee-Arndt) of Cassville, Mo.; her mother Kathleen Schwyhart of Cedar Creek, a brother John “Buck” (Crystal) Schwyhart of Hollister; two sisters Linda (Jeff)  Rich of Florence, Alabama, Shawnery (Rick) Sands of Unionville, Mo. and eleven grandchildren.

Celebration of life gathering will be held Saturday, June 1, 2024, 11-2PM at 303 Coon Hill Rd., Cedar Creek, Mo. Burial will be held at a later date at  McCarty Cemetery,  Cedar Creek, Mo.  Services are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth.
