Kim Chaney

Graveside services for Edwina Kim Chaney, 61, of Taneyville, will be held Wednesday Nov. 29, at 10 A.M. Edwards Cemetery, Kirbyville.  Kim went to be with her Lord on Nov. 24, 2023, after a sudden illness. Arrangements were under the care of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel Forsyth, Mo.

Edwina was born July 4, 1962, in Branson, Missouri to Jackie and Luella Chastain

She attended school and graduated from Reeds Spring School System.  Edwina had married Robert Chaney and they had celebrated seven years together before his passing in December of 2012.

Kim was a hotel manager for hotels in the area. She attended the Church of Christ, Forsyth.  Kim enjoyed her animals, playing computer games, crocheting, going to movies and fishing.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Chaney.

Kim is survived by two sons Jesse Hall, Brian Chaney and Jodi; three daughters, Michelle and Jack Tackett; Amanda and Matt Macklin; Bobbie Sumner; one brother Tony and Leanne Castain and twelve grandchildren.
