Keith Dale Dorsey was born on March 27, 1953 and passed away on October 12, 2022.
Keith was the oldest of five children and an avid motorcyclist, hunter, fisherman and lover of animals.
As a graduate of Forsyth High School Class of 1971, Keith went on to serve in the Vietnam war and was later stationed in South Korea; Germany; Ft. Polk and Ft. Benning as a field artillery specialist.
After the military Keith returned to Missouri and enjoyed a career as a mechanic with a deep love of motorcycles. Keith founded the Freedom Road Riders Bike Club. In 2010 Keith settled down on the property where he was raised and spent the last years of his life there enjoying and caring for his animals.
Keith is preceded in death by his mother Loraine Mayer, his father Joseph Dorsey and stepmother Louise Dorsey.
He is survived by his daughter Sandy (David) Spence, and two granddaughters: Mandy and Sydney. Keith also had three brothers: Alan Dorsey, Terry Dorsey, and Eddie McCleary, and one sister, Joy Mattos. He was also the uncle to numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers please honor Keith by making a donation to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV.org) organization.
