James Hempsal Richards, born May 3rd, 1949, entered into eternal rest August 30th, 2018.
He is survived by his wife Michelle Stiffler of the home; two brothers Arthur Dewey and wife Ruth of Sequim, WA, Larry Dewey and wife Marianne of Mokena, IL; three step-children Tim Carnelison Jr., Amber Halbert, and Misty Carnelison; four step-grandchildren Dakota Carnelison, Cecelia Carnelison, Blake Halbert, and Zelda Lear; and numerous nieces and nephews, and a lot of friends he considered family.
