Glenneda Lee Sulgrove of Forsyth, Missouri, age 64, died on Friday, January 14, 2022, in Springfield, Missouri. She was born in Hood River, Oregon, daughter of Buddy Lee and Rita (Sharkey) Sullenger. Originally from Dufur, Oregon, where she graduated high school in 1975. She moved to Missouri around 1977 where she met the love of her life, Allen Sulgrove. They married on March 29, 1979, and had a daughter, Keitta.
She is survived by her mother Rita (Sharkey) Dorzab of Greybull, Wyoming; husband of 42 years, Allen Sulgrove of Forsyth, Missosuri; daughter Keitta L. Sulgrove of Cape Fair, Missouri; sister Julie Miller and husband Greg Miller and family from Greybull, Wyoming; brother-in-law Dennis Sulgrove and sister-in-law Ruth Dowler, both of Forsyth, Missouri; and many other family and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her father, Buddy Lee Sullenger, and brother Renneth Sullenger.
She is fondly remembered by friends from Shell Knob School District 78 where she worked from March 2004 until January 2021 when she retired. She was the type of person who went above and beyond what was asked of her. She was willing to do anything to be able to help students understand their lessons and was very creative when doing so. Her dedication to the school was felt by students and staff members alike. She assisted with Kindergarten, Special Education, and any classes when needed. She is greatly missed.
