Gerald Paul Zieche

Gerald Paul Zieche was born April 11, 1956, in Aurora Illinois. He was the son of Walter and Irene Helen (Mohr) Zieche. He entered into rest on December 24, 2024, in Branson, Missouri. Gerald married the love of his life Jan Alisa Gregg on October 4, 1986, in Houston Texas. He was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Hollister, Missouri.

Gerald attended and graduated with a bachelor's from Illinois State University. He worked for Marquette Exploration, a petroleum energy company in Texas as a geologist. He oversaw gas wells in Ohio. Whenever Gerald was not focused on work, he was very passionate about playing the guitar and listening to music. He enjoyed fishing and loved to spend time with his wife. They moved to Branson, Missouri from Tomball, Texas. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Walter and Irene Zieche.

Gerald leaves behind his loving wife Jan Zieche; three brothers John Zieche (Sue) of Oswego, Illinois, James Zieche (Margaret) of Columbia, South Carolina, and William Zieche (Sue) of Heartland, Wisconsion; he will also be missed by numerous family and friends.  

Celebration of Life services will be held January 15, 2025, 1:00PM at Peace Lutheran Church, 350 State Dr, Hollister, MO 65672. Pastor Emil Bartos will officiate. Arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth Missouri.
