Garnett Anita Craig, 71, of Walnut Shade, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday November 1, 2021.
She was born April 17, 1950, in Branson, Missouri, the daughter of Ernest and Virginia (Simmons) Warren. She graduated high school in1968 from Bradleyville, MO. She was joined in marriage to Robert Craig on September 15, 1972.
Garnett is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband Robert of 49 years of the home and sister Marnita Hughey (Rocky) of Taneyville, MO. She is also survived by a host of friends and neighbors.
Garnett was employed as a Clerk with the Taney County Recorder’s Office for over 42 years. She enjoyed antiques, early tractors, gas engines, and auctions. She and Robert traveled from the East Coast to the West Coast, plus Alaska and Hawaii.
Burial service will be held on Monday, November 8, at 11:00 AM in the Missouri Veteran’s Cemetery at Springfield Missouri.
