Dorothy M. Morris of Forsyth, Missouri passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at the age of 82 years.
She was born on July 2,1940 in Sullivan, Missouri to Charles Robert and Opal Mae (Record) Bristow. "Dottie" as her friends called her, managed Shadow Rock Lodge for years, she then worked at Park Place Market for several years before her retirement. She liked to fish and enjoyed spending time with her friends and family at Shadow Rock Park in Forsyth, her favorite park. She was devoted to her Christian faith and loved the Lord.
Dottie is survived by three sons, Rick Rebura of Chestnutridge MO, Ronnie Rebura and his wife Heather of Nixa, MO, Randy Rebura and his wife Brittany of Wright City, MO; two daughters, Carla Morris of St Joe, MO, Amy Fann of Nixa, MO; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren. One sister Rosemary Harris and husband Jim of Crocker, MO; One brother-in-law, Lee Keogh of Sullivan, MO; nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Garth Morris, one brother Johnny Bristow of Sullivan, MO; one half-sister Shirley Keogh; two half-brothers and two half-sisters and a special friend, Bonnie Barth.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 29th, 2022, at Whelchel Grace Funeral Home in Forsyth, MO from 10am-12pm. The Reverend Captain Michael S. Krupp will speak at 11am.
