David Lee Webie, 70, of Forsyth, Missouri went on to be with The Lord on March 29, 2025. He was born to George and Clara Dorothy (Weigel) Webie, June 2, 1954, in Oak Park, Illinois.
David graduated from Proviso West High School in Hillside, Illinois. After high school he came to the Ozarks where he attended College of the Ozarks. He then went to Stone Park, Illinois where he became the superintendent of the public works. After retirement he came back to the area and took over his family business, the Pizza Cellar.
He leaves behind one son, Patrick Webie of Woodridge, IL; one daughter, Julie Webie (Ryan) of Houston, TX; one grandchild, Gwendolyn Webie; two Step Children, Amber Franz of Chicago, IL; Erik Bigham of Berkeley, IL; three brothers, Dale Webie (Tonee) of Ozark, MO; Michael Raetz of Bloomingdale, IL; Alan Raetz (Susie) of Forsyth, MO; he also leaves behind several nieces and nephews and many friends .
David was preceded in death by his mother, father, stepfather, Jerry Raetz, and stepdaughter, Cassie Bigham
Visitation will be Saturday April 26, 2025, from 11 A.M till service time, Celebration of Life is 12 P.M. at Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel,16560 US-160, Forsyth, MO 65653, with Pastor Chris McCullison officiating.
