Cara LeAnn James, 37, Cedarcreek, went to her Heavenly home, December 6, 2019 while hospitalized in Springfield, Missouri due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born December 19, 1981 in White Salmon, Washington, the daughter of Carey (Pug) Cobb and Paula (Smith) Mealue. Cara grew up in Oregon and moved to Missouri during her teenage years. Her passion was caring for people. She loved animals, especially her horse and dogs. She also liked to hunt.
Survivors include her dad, Carey, of Cedarcreek, Missouri; her mom, Paula and stepdad Brian Mealue, of Crooked River Ranch, Oregon; brother, Wes Cobb, of The Dalles, Oregon; stepsister, Tamara McKnight, of Salem, Oregon; stepbrother, Aaron Mealue Trueblood, of Salem, Oregon; two sons, Seth James, of Forsyth, Missouri; Ian of Ciminesi, California; daughter, Lilly Auna Dunn, of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; along with a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and lots of cousins and many friends.
Cara was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Johnce Cobb and Wanda (Fisher) Cobb; Uncle, Larry Cobb; Aunt, Cinda Cobb; Maternal grandmother, Joyce Ann Drennan.
