Artie R. Collins, 70, of Mountain Home, AR.

Artie Collins, passed away on Feb. 19, 2021 at her residence. She was born on Aug. 18, 1950 at Kansas City, MO., daughter of J.B.  and Idena (Moore) Carpenter.

Artie is survived by 2 daughters, Malisa Noble of Kansas City, MO., and Katina Collins of Bull Shoals, AR., and son Roger Collins, of Kansas City, MO.; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren; and 6 siblings.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 5 siblings.

In accordance with the City of Forsyth ordinance, face masks or facial coverings are required to enter and remain inside the building, along with social distancing.
